Volunteering at Leavers' Dinner is more than helping out — it's being part of a team that creates a life-changing evening for hundreds of young people. We welcome volunteers who are enthusiastic, reliable, and share our values.

🆕 Stage & Setup Crew
Help set up the venue before guests arrive — décor, furniture, signage, and AV support.
👤 Guest Registration
Welcoming guests on arrival, managing the registration desk, and directing people to their seats.
📷 Photography & Content
Capturing the evening for social media, the website gallery, and our community archive.
🤝 Guest Experience
Ensuring guests are comfortable, happy, and have everything they need throughout the evening.
🆕 Event Coordination Support
Supporting the events team behind the scenes — logistics, communication, and programme flow.
